I grew up around real estate my entire life with my father owning several dozen rental properties, I've always had a keen interest in real estate. I have actively been a REALTOR for the past 10 years, now turned Broker. I am a multi-million dollar real estate producer and have a proven track-record of success. Since becoming an agent, I've sold over 50 million dollars of real estate throughout Southeast & West Michigan.
I do my best to exemplify my real estate knowledge everyday. I am an active investor and bought my first rental property when I was 25, and since then I have purchased more! I've always held several jobs at one time, since I was young. I now put my full effort into my real estate career building my business. In my first year, I sold 5 million dollars of real estate and in my 2nd year 10 Million; as a testament of work ethic, this is almost unheard of for a brand new REALTOR! One of my favorite lines is, “no one will outwork me!” and my running hashtag is #cholliehustlesharder!
